Transition offers consulting services in military/civilian career assistance, Human Resources Training, and Disability Awareness through Recruitment Training. This is made possible due to our Founders  combined experience in private, military, and civilian sectors.  Mrs. Quadesha Bynum, CEO/ Founder, understands the importance of having the right information when navigating your career.  Far too often a lack of resourceful information leads to feelings of disappointment after a job is accepted. Whether it is with the negotiated compensation package or realizing you should have made a different decision during benefits enrollment, Transition is here to help.​  

 

Having 15 years of notable experience in Human Resource has provided Mrs. Bynum with extensive experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, federal and state law compliance, training and development, and management coaching, just to name a few. Now, she is dedicated to assisting organizations in understand the benefits of Disability Recruitment through Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management and Recruitment Training.
